Can I switch platforms later?
Yes, but platform migrations are considered a new project and will require a separate quote.
Which platform should I choose: Wix or Shopify?
It depends on your business needs. Wix is ideal for service-based businesses, creatives, and brands that need informational pages, booking, or portfolios. Shopify is best for product-based businesses that need inventory management, checkout systems, and scalable e-commerce features.
What if I already purchased my domain?
No problem. If you already own your domain, you can provide access during onboarding and we’ll connect it to your new website at launch.
Do you purchase domains or hosting for me?
No. Domains and hosting are purchased separately by the client to ensure full ownership. We’ll guide you on exactly what to buy and how to connect it.
Are there additional costs outside of the website package price?
Yes. Platform subscription fees (Wix, Shopify), domains, email hosting, premium apps, plugins, or themes are not included in website package pricing.
What if I need more revisions or changes after launch?
Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional edits or ongoing updates can be handled through a maintenance plan or billed hourly.
Do you provide ongoing website management?
Ongoing updates, content changes, and marketing integration are available as add-on services or through WE RUN IT SOCIAL retainers.
